Each item in our store is crafted with care, and we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as the products themselves.

This Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for all online purchases.

Order Processing Time

Whilst some items may be in stock and available for faster dispatch, because every piece is handmade, please allow a little extra time for production before shipping.

  • Processing Time: 3–10 working days (depending on the item).
  • Custom or personalised orders may take longer.
    Once your order is complete and ready to ship, we’ll send you a notification email with tracking details.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout the UK and manly use Royal Mail in order to fulfil.

Our standard delivery utilises the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

This usually means items should be received within 2-3 business days, after dispatch.

For more urgent items, we can use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, which means items should be received within 1-2 business days.

Please note that there may be occasions where delivery delays may occur, due to delivery issues within the postal network. Unfortunately these delays will be outside of our control, however you will be able to track the delivery progress throughout, utilising the tracking number that you will be provided with.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the total weight/size of your order.

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over £50.00.

Packaging

We take great pride in our packaging. All items are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly or recyclable materials to minimise our environmental impact.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your delivery’s progress online.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive your handmade item.
